You are agreeing, and/or, using any services from  Nubetech (“We”, “our”, or “us”), and/or submitting any information through our website, you (“you”, “client”, or “your” means you or for services designed for businesses, the legal entity that you are authorized to represent and on whose behalf the services are purchased) are indicating your acceptance of and agree to bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Calls:  All calls are been recorded for security and quality of service.

Email: By providing your email, you are authorizing us to email you about our services, surveys, reviews, reminders, invoices, work order reports, and/or communication.

You are authorizing Nubetech, LLC technicians(s) to perform work on your computer or devices. You understand that Nubetech, LLC technicians have been trained to perform computer hardware and software work, but Nubetech, LLC is not an authorized service dealer on software or hardware. Further, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Nubetech, LLC from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any computer work performed on any computer or device, unless it is caused by severe negligence by Nubetech, LLC or its agent.

Liability: Damaged to your computer is limited only to any damage which is determined to be caused by our negligent acts or negligent omissions. Our liability for repairs is limited to the total price of the repairs. Be aware that certain repairs, including but not limited to virus and spyware removal, may damage software and/or data installed on your computer. This is to be expected and may require re-installation of your operating system, programs, and data restored.

Loss of Data: Nubetech, LLC assumes that you have already done a completion of backup to retain all of your important data. Due to the process of repair, data may get damaged or at worst, deleted. Nubetech, LLC is not responsible for the loss of any data which may occur while performing work on your computer or device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. You may request that Nubetech, LLC backup your data for you at the stated prices; however we do not guarantee any backup.

Payment: Fees for services are rendered due upon completion of services. Unpaid accounts are subject to collection and other legal actions. We reserved the right to request a deposit.  

Abandonment: If you do not pick up your equipment within thirty (30) days after we notify you that the service request is completed, we will treat your equipment as abandoned. You agree to hold Nubetech, LLC harmless for any damages or claim for the abandoned property.

 DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
